Allstate awarded provided this Epic Rendition to Randy, based upon a satisfied customer's letter explaining the great job he did. That letter is below: I’m a new Allstate customer due to an experience I had with Randy, and I’d like to do a Rendition about him. It’s not often that someone evokes this kind of response in me, but I was so impressed with how he handled my case. (I received good compensation for the repairs so this Rendition didn’t even cost me anything!) My car was hit by another vehicle and I needed to go to an Allstate office to file a claim with the other driver’s insurance company (Allstate). Randy, the agent, looked at the damage and proceeded to evaluate how I could get the repairs done. It was immediately obvious to me that he was bright, honest and really knew what he was doing. I didn’t know much about the process but Randy asked me all the relevant questions. When I left the office, I had a check in my hand for all of the damages including an amount for the use of a rental car (that I could use for the 8 days allotted for the repairs to be made). Randy also told me I could take the car to whichever repair center I chose, and he helped me with those options also. I want Randy to have a plaque on his wall with an Epic Rendition so that everyone will know about him, and they will also know that I have now become an Allstate customer myself. - Mike Sorrenson |
Randy, The Allstate Guy Insurance is a vital field that most don’t understand But I was very lucky with an expert close at hand It started when my door was dented by another car When Randy, their insurance guy became a superstar I visited the Allstate place to verify my claim And minutes later I was feeling better that I came I’m happy I got Randy, whom I cannot praise enough He’s fair, he’s bright, he’s honest and he really knows his stuff Selecting a repair shop can be quite a daunting task Especially if you don’t know the questions you should ask It’s always reassuring when you know a job’s well done As claiming on insurance isn’t my idea of fun I left the Allstate office knowing if I should come back I’d look upon the wall to see this recognition plaque I doubt he gets the accolades from Allstate that he rates But I would say that Randy’s one of Allstate’s all-time greats I can’t remember feeling so compelled to give my thanks But had to make a point to show where Randy really ranks I felt that Randy dealt with me in such an honest way I’m changing my insurance now to Allstate right away.
