For a Housewarming - Delores!

I am a real estate broker for Century 21 and I just sold a home to Delores, who has become my friend. I want you to compose a Rendition to be etched on a plaque for her wall. I want to briefly describe her, and how she was able to buy such a great home as a single woman, and how she is now methodically customizing it to her own liking. She's doing her kitchen in crystal, mirroring her den and essentially customizing the whole house. Delores ran her own Hairstyling business on Seaver Street, called “Delores’s Styling” and she was enormously successful with it. She wound up buying what has turned out to be her dream home - a home that she is now modeling into a home with her very own personal "mystique."

With scissors and a comb you worked your fingers to the bone
Delores, now your business is just thriving on its own 
You're founder of the most successful beauty shop in town
And now you bought an awesome home with plans to settle down

You got this house on Pleasant Lane that you've been saving for
And now you're customizing every ceiling, wall and floor 
The kitchen’s made of crystal and there’s mirrors in the den
I guess I’ll see the oak and cedar when I come again
 
The way you're decorating up the house is so unique
And when it’s done it’s sure to have Delores’s mystique 
It’s really quite impressive what you've done in seven years,
And who’d have thought you’d pay for it with scissors and some sheers!
