My Daughter Sharon:
Sharon is making her Bat Mitzvah. Like my husband, Mark, and I, she is very religious. She’s proud of her faith, very loving by nature, and likes to please her parents and others. Sharon is a great student, has pet goldfish and loves to play charades and monopoly. She’s a diehard Yankee fan and hates the Mets. Mark and I do not like her to watch much television, so she obliges. She’s an accomplished dancer, a cheerleader and the captain of her school’s swim team. She is trying to get her father to quit smoking. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and loves flowers.

  Sharon's Bat Mitzvah Our little girl named Sharon Is all grown up today She’s proud of her belief in God To whom she likes to pray At school she likes to study And she get the highest grades At home she likes her goldfish And she loves to play charades Our Sharon likes the Yankees And she really hates the Mets She doesn’t like to watch TV And can’t stand cigarettes In spring-time she is happy When she sees the flowers bloom It causes her to show her smile And light up any room In summer Sharon likes to dance And cheerlead for the school She also wins most every race When swimming in the pool The sweetest thing about our girl As everyone agrees Is how much love she has to give And how she loves to please Sharon, We Love You!
